RICS UK Commercial Market Survey for the second quarter of 2009 was published today.

Key points include:

  • Business demand stabilising in offices at low levels although availability continues to rise;
  • Rental expectations still negative and lowest for Central London offices, and;
  • Rising inducements continue to point to weaker occupier fundamentals.
